The Floyd County Foster Parent Association on the first Monday of each month at Garden Lakes Baptist Church's Fellowship Hall.  A pot-luck meal is enjoyed at 6:00 pm and the meeting begins at 6:30 pm.  Each meeting features a special speaker that informs us on topics that are relevant to foster parents and children in our care.  Continuing education hours, a requirement for maintaining a foster home, are provided for attending meetings.
